DIRECTOR'S BIO

 

Jadolphus CW Fraser is a Navy veteran, former athlete, the founder and CEO of Fraser Consulting and Advocacy, and filmmaker who heads Cosmic Realm Entertainment and Production and Always Chasing, LLC. 

 

 

Jadolphus resides in southern California where he has been producing, directing, shooting and editing independent shorts, music videos and public service announcements for several years.   In 2008, after shooting a short film directed by Carol Mayes, he produced, directed and edited all content used to launch the government funded TCI Network in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
