SYNOPSIS

 

Based on a compilation of true events and uniquely told in American Sign Language (ASL), spoken Italian and English (American and Australian), Always Chasing Love depicts an impact of child abandonment and long-term foster care, the pursuit of family, intimacy and acceptance, and the importance of honest communication in relationships.  

 

Always Chasing Love is cross-genre, niche, art film about a pained Jennifer Anderson’s passionate and tumultuous journey to find her birth parents.  After receiving a lead to her parents' whereabouts, Jennifer takes actions that inadvertently triggers heartbreaks, confusion and an apparent love triangle that develops into a crime-of-passion investigated by the famously meticulous and no-nonsense Detective Simon Willis of the Sign Language Police Department (SLPD).
